Priya Nakamura
Card Prices & Collecting Desk
Priya Nakamura is the byline for BaseMTG's card-market coverage: set-review value calls, reprint risk, Secret Lair drops and collecting. Prices come from TCGplayer and Scryfall data and are stated as ranges with a date attached, since a fresh set's prices rarely settle in the first week. The voice is skeptical and numbers-first: she names the hype cycle, flags reprint risk plainly, and always notes that this is market commentary, not financial advice.
