Card notes: Chaos Warp

Chaos Warp is a {2}{R} instant that shuffles the owner's target permanent into their library, then reveals the top card. If that card is a permanent card, the owner puts it onto the battlefield. Its 2011-09-22 rulings say a nonpermanent card stays on top, and a permanent that cannot enter also stays there. If its target is illegal on resolution, it does not resolve and none of its effects occur. It is legal in Commander, has 58 printings, and EDHREC lists it in 1,501,988 of 5,210,129 decks it could fit.
