Draconic Visitor turns every artifact token you would make (Treasure, Clue, Food, Heartwood and the rest) into a 5/5 flying red Dragon instead. Rulings confirm the new tokens are plain Dragons with none of the old token's abilities, so you lose the mana or card the Treasure or Clue would have given you. EDHREC has it in about one red deck in forty-five, led by Smaug, The Ur-Dragon and Lathliss; it's the best fit in token decks that already make lots of Treasure.
