Card notes: Ingris Stingerquill

Ingris Stingerquill is a three-mana Rakdos flier that makes every attacking creature you control ping each opponent for 1. Its four-mana ability adds a 2/2 Cadet token and gives your team haste, so it keeps feeding attackers. EDHREC has it in about one eligible deck in sixty-five, most often under Isshin, Two Heavens as One, whose doubled attack triggers make Ingris hit twice per attacker.
